I have always been a restless and eager to learn new things. I used to live with too much tension, which eventually affected me. So after suffering from stress and fatigue myself, I started to travel around the world and I found my great passion, Facial Yoga, and I was fortunate to train with the best facial yoga professionals.
I studied in New York with Annalise Hagen, the pioneer of this discipline in the United States. I spent some time at a Buddhist monastery in Thailand, while learning about Vipassana mediation and Thai massages in Chian Mai. Then I was taught the Jade stone facial massages technique in China, as well as the Imperial Facial Massage in Japan. In Bali I did my training in Yoga Pranala and meditation.
These are just a few of the techniques that I mastered and which have worked wonders on my skin. Now I want to share all my knowledge with you. I want to teach you how to take care of your skin, oxygenate it, improve your health… it is not just about having a good physical appearance. Our face should be a reflection of our heart.
